About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Family Caregiver at David and Stella Guido. As a Family Caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications and providing emotional support.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Companionship: Engage in activities with clients, such as reading, watching movies, or going for walks, to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Errands and Transportation: Accompany clients on errands, such as grocery shopping or doctor's appointments, and provide transportation as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
