Job Title: Child Caregiver

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team at Home Eitan Evdaev, Sarah Malka Caregiver. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical care, including bathing, diapering, and feeding infants and toddlers.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment, including maintaining a clean and organized living space.
  • Engage in activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development, such as reading, singing, and playing.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship with children, including setting boundaries and encouraging good behavior.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other caregivers to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's activities, meals, and sleep patterns.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • Work under pressure and repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
