Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A & W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and check assembly of trays, and lead a team of 3-4 food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
