Nitro Lounge Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nitro Lounge. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Financial Management: Reconcile accounts, prepare trial balances, post journal entries, and maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
