Key Responsibilities
  • Restock shelves and display areas with merchandise, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level.
  • Count, weigh, and sort items as they are received by the store, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Process customer transactions, including handling returns and exchanges, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, such as cleaning and maintaining the store, and participating in visual merchandising efforts.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
