The Royal Taste of India Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to enhance our kitchen operations. This role involves a range of responsibilities focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of complete meals and individual dishes.
- Kitchen Inspection: Regularly inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee kitchen staff and assistants to maintain a productive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage buffets and banquets.
- Operational Management: Ensure smooth kitchen operations through effective management practices.
- General Cook: Perform duties as a general cook.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including being bondable.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
- Overtime: Willingness to work overtime as required.
- Pressure Management: Capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Client Focus: Strong commitment to client satisfaction.
