Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy that aligns with the Foundation's strategic plan and annual goals.
- Lead a team of fundraising professionals to achieve revenue targets and donor acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fundraising results and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and community partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in annual giving and fundraising.
- Provide coaching and support to direct reports to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Manage and analyze data to inform fundraising strategies and measure program success.
- Proven track record of success in annual giving and fundraising, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of fundraising principles and practices.
VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation offers a competitive salary range of $104,225.14 to $133,834.56 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental care, extended health care, and paid time off. In addition, we offer flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development and growth.
This is a hybrid remote position, with the successful candidate working from a home office in Vancouver, BC.
