- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of food service professionals to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Restaurant Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of food service or retail experience, with a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, afternoons, and evenings.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
