We are currently in search of a driven professional to take on the role of Business Analyst . This position is ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic setting, enjoy hands-on work, and maintain high standards in their deliverables. The Business Analyst will oversee comprehensive data analysis projects, from data extraction (utilizing various sources including SQL databases) to data preparation (including data cleansing and integration of diverse data sources), conducting integrity checks (such as identifying anomalies), feature engineering, modeling, and ultimately visualizing and presenting significant insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Gain a thorough understanding of business operations and analyze performance data to aid in daily management, strategic decision-making, and the development of alerts; Identify essential metrics and create dashboards to facilitate effective management; Conduct financial and statistical analyses, providing recommendations to support informed decision-making; Engage in and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives; Perform ad hoc analyses and project-related tasks; Present analytical findings to stakeholders; Design and implement process automation across the organization;

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Strong analytical capabilities with a keen ability to gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail; Proficiency in working with relational databases and a solid understanding of ETL methodologies; Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Minitab, SPSS, Alteryx, or Power BI; Experience with Microsoft Power Services; Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Excellent organizational skills coupled with a strong sense of urgency and curiosity; Effective communication and presentation skills; Experience in the transportation and logistics industry is a plus.
