Job Title: General Manager

Rising Star Daycare & OSC Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Job Summary:

The General Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our organization, including developing and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing the performance of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, including identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Human Resources: Manage the recruitment, training, and development of our team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and competencies to perform their roles effectively.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of our organization, including managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
