About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Vintage Hotels. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency in every dish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, ensuring they meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we maintain optimal levels to meet demand.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of food safety and quality, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Restaurant, Hotel, Motel, Resort
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check
