About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Analyst to join our dynamic team at Liberty. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing robust Network Infrastructure solutions across multiple sites and data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Participation

Participate in IT and business-related projects requiring Network Infrastructure resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Network Design and Implementation

Design and implement robust Network Infrastructure solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure systems.

Security and Compliance

Work closely with the Security team to ensure all solutions adhere to security guidelines and requirements, maintaining compliance with established standards and service levels.

Tier III Support

Provide Tier III support as required, serving as an escalation point for day-to-day operational issues and maintaining the sustainability of infrastructure systems.

Documentation and Training

Assist in maintaining, developing, and reviewing operational support documentation, ensuring that all team members have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties effectively.

On-Call Rotation

Participate in a 24x7 on-call monthly rotation, responding to outages related to network infrastructure and services, and working with vendors, partners, and solution providers to resolve escalated issues.

Infrastructure Optimization

Monitor the sustainability of infrastructure systems and recommend system and network optimizations to support business needs, ensuring that infrastructure services and equipment are aligned with security, regulatory standards, and policies.

Requirements
  1. Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new processes, technical landscapes, changes, and support best practices.

Hands-on Experience

4+ years' hands-on experience working in medium to large infrastructure environments, including complex data center environments, with experience with system monitoring and response tools, vulnerability scanning solutions, and mitigation.

Network Infrastructure Expertise

Strong working knowledge in Network Infrastructure services, including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, SD-Wan, and experience with various routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), as well as working knowledge of SD-Wan technologies and experience working in Azure or other cloud platforms.

Communication and Teamwork

Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple teams from many different backgrounds and technical abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
