Merchandiser Job Description

At Acosta, we're seeking a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandiser, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' products are accurately placed on store shelves and that prices are updated regularly to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and ensure shelves remain organized and tidy.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and identify opportunities to enhance our sales area.
  • Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
  • Create detailed reports and document in-store actions.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience (desirable).
  • Physical Capability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (both written and oral).
