About the Role
Match Retail is seeking a skilled Cosmetic Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Merchandising Team, you will be responsible for setting up and updating store fixtures, completing cosmetic resets and installations, and working closely with store managers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Setup and update store fixtures according to planograms
- Complete cosmetic resets and installations
- Work directly with store managers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Submit daily reports online
- Utilize online portal and digital apps to manage tasks and communicate with team members
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Access to a reliable vehicle and/or transportation
- Smartphone and internet required
- Minimum availability of 3 full business days per week
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
