Job Overview

Join our team at Floor Concepts Ltd as a dedicated Carpet Installer. We are looking for skilled individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality flooring solutions.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Work Environment

This position is based in an urban setting, where you will engage in various flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections, measurements, and markings on surfaces designated for coverage.
  • Measure, cut, and secure underlay and padding materials.
  • Develop flooring plans and manage scheduling effectively.
  • Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings.
  • Prepare and install hardwood flooring solutions.
  • Assess and repair any damaged floor coverings.
  • Remove existing floor coverings and contaminants as needed.
  • Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces as required.
Physical Demands
  • This role is physically demanding, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination is essential.

  • Demonstrate sound judgment.
  • Be organized and detail-oriented.
