Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school diploma.
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Panjabi or Punjabi is considered an asset.
The successful candidate will work in a **general office setting**, contributing to a collaborative and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Collect and process necessary information to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments for staff and clients.
- Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs.
- Perform clerical tasks including filing, sorting, and distributing correspondence.
- Organize teleconferences as required.
- Calculate billing charges accurately.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Capable of performing under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
- Demonstrates reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Exhibits excellent time management skills.
