About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including estimating, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure they are within budget.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure that team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that projects meet the highest standards.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in construction project management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Proficient in project management software and tools.
