Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cebuchon BBQ II Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to our high standards.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
