Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our company, including financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Supervise staff and train them on financial procedures
  • Analyze financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards
  • Develop financial plans for clients and prepare reports and audit findings
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, and develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure
  • Analyze financial documents and reports, and keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
