We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barback to join our dynamic team at Corner Collection. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bar team and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide a warm and personalized welcome to our guests, even during busy periods.
- Drink Preparation: Assist the bartender in preparing drink ingredients and garnishes.
- Bar Setup and Maintenance: Ensure the bar is set up and maintained to the highest standards, including cleaning surfaces, glasses, and equipment.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock management and receiving deliveries.
- Team Support: Support the bar team in all necessary tasks to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and interact with our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Education and Experience: Graduated in mixology or significant experience in the field, with a strong interest in creating new cocktail recipes and innovation.
