Business Systems Analyst

LinHR Consulting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Consultant to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and research, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough environmental scans to identify key trends and opportunities;
- Interview and gather data from stakeholders to develop comprehensive analytical reports;
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders;
- Develop and implement business solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness;
A minimum of an undergraduate University Degree in a field relevant to public health, health science, or epidemiology is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
