Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at D2SOL CANADA INC. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing solutions to improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to improve our operations.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with our business goals.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet our standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to team members to ensure effective collaboration.
Work Environment:

As a Business Systems Analyst at D2SOL CANADA INC, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to sit for extended periods and work under pressure to meet our business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Initiative and judgment to make informed decisions and resolve conflicts.
  • Organized and efficient to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will have a permanent position with 37.5 hours per week and proficiency in English.
