  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a career coach or related field.
  • Strong understanding of career development theories and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with career coaching software are a plus.
