Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at DAAL ROTI. This role involves a variety of responsibilities centered around food preparation and kitchen management.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
Work Environment

The position is based in a vibrant restaurant setting, providing an engaging atmosphere for culinary professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes.
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Work Conditions
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working under pressure.
Experience

Ideal candidates will have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a culinary role.
