About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to develop and implement effective business group initiatives, drive business growth, and lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services and projects
  • Collaborate with regional managers, technical directors, and client development teams to achieve business objectives
  • Actively participate in water industry associations and organizations to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, with 15+ years of experience preferred
  • Proven track record of success in business development, leadership, and team management
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
