About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at Nike Tsawwassen Mills. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Nike products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges, resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age
  • Able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
