Position Title: Senior Environmental Program Manager
Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Environmental Program Manager with significant expertise in the assessment and remediation of contaminated sites. This role entails overseeing and executing environmental initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction, and offering technical proficiency in site assessment and remediation processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, oversee, and execute environmental site assessment and remediation initiatives
- Draft and evaluate technical documentation and project specifications
- Guide and mentor junior personnel, providing insights on project execution
- Engage collaboratively with colleagues and regulatory bodies
- Identify new business prospects and contribute to organizational growth
Required Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting
- Post-secondary degree in environmental engineering, geology, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in project management and business development
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards
- Professional designation or eligibility for professional designation in British Columbia
