Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck and Coach Technician to join our team at Ontario Tarp & Trailer Systems Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our commercial transport fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of commercial transport trucks and trailers to identify and repair or replace faulty parts and components.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, working closely with supervisors to determine the best course of action.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair services on commercial transport vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and providing clear explanations of work performed and future repair requirements.
Work Environment

As a Truck and Coach Technician at Ontario Tarp & Trailer Systems Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. You will be required to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines and ensure the smooth operation of our fleet.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment, with regular lifting and bending required
