Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cheese Boutique.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong knowledge of culinary genres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of culinary genres
  • Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of food service staff. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of quality in their work.
