Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment within an assigned territory, ensuring absolute trust and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize technical skills to work on products such as ATMs, point-of-sale systems, kiosks, and workstations.
  • Assist in site preparation, including cable installation, equipment implementation, and testing.
  • Act as a guardian of all NCR assets used in customer service delivery, maintaining excellent records and inventory.
  • Input customer information for billing and communication purposes.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status
  • Valid provincial driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Valid passport allowing travel to the United States for training
  • Positive attitude and flexibility
