We are looking for dedicated Team Members to support our operations. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and high-quality products while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
This position is part of a unionized environment with SEIU Local 2. We are offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent quality in beverages, food items, and other products by adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare food items made to order.
- Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling and safety protocols, to ensure a secure environment for all team members.
- Support fellow team members as needed.
- Handle light cash duties, including processing transactions, managing cash, and participating in cash audits.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area and manage waste effectively.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Experience with Tim Horton's franchise is a plus.
- Certifications such as Serve Safe and First Aid are advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
This position may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be necessary.
