Job Title: Customer Service Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team at the Discovery Centre. As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and debit card payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stock shelves, clean the counter area, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in promotional activities, monitor entrances and exits, and request proof of payment when necessary.
  • Work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and stand for extended periods.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
