About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Nehal Construction Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the coordination and scheduling of construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, including production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on site, and that workers are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Cultural Competency: Provide cultural competency training and awareness to create a welcoming work environment for employees from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
