About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Support Specialist II to enhance our Support Team. In this position, you will offer technical assistance for our premier X-Series product, which encompasses both Retail and E-commerce components. If you possess a strong enthusiasm for customer service and technology, this role is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding technical support and customer service through various communication channels
  • Effectively diagnose and resolve customer challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of customer inquiries
  • Adhere to established Support protocols and procedures
  • Work collaboratively with team leaders to improve customer satisfaction
  • Engage with relevant personnel regarding ongoing customer matters
  • Develop expertise in our Core product and additional offerings
  • Perform other related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and technical support
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and networking concepts
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly with Mac OS X
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in English and French
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to customer service
  • Capacity to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Genuine interest in new technologies and continuous learning
