As a Family Physician - Emergency, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regular clinic, emergency, and inpatient care to patients of all ages, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) certification.
- Current College of Physicians of BC (CPSBC) License - Full.
- Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) certification.
- Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) membership.
- Emergency experience and pediatric advanced life support (PAL) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
