**Job Summary**

Stellar Recruitment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to drive marketing initiatives and expand reach within enterprise organizations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage key decision-makers, crafting compelling digital campaigns, and maximizing digital engagement through various channels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to generate targeted and high-quality leads for enterprise clients.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within enterprise organizations, designing effective outreach strategies to build strong relationships.
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, leveraging social media, email marketing, SEO, and other tools to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Produce high-quality, relevant content tailored to enterprise decision-makers, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video content.
  • Utilize data analytics to guide marketing strategies, track performance, and refine tactics. Develop success metrics and report regularly on campaign results.
  • Partner with C-suite executives to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives, providing insights and recommendations based on market trends and campaign performance.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B and enterprise-level engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in content creation and managing marketing campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.

**Salary Range:** $100-130k/year
