Position Overview
In the role of Business Solutions Consultant at Vensure Employer Solutions, you will be instrumental in delivering customizable business solutions to our clientele. Your proficiency will assist organizations of varying sizes in navigating the intricacies of human resources, payroll, and benefits management. This position necessitates a robust background in computer science, customer service, software as a service (SaaS), and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- The Business Solutions Consultant is pivotal in driving sales success, taking pride in fostering a team environment that leads to measurable sales achievements.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of best practices and solution frameworks related to PEO, HCM, and ancillary product capabilities as required.
- Engage in Discovery calls prior to demonstrations to identify and comprehend client complexities.
- Assess demo requests submitted through Salesforce CRM to ensure clarity in client challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to grasp their distinct needs, challenges, and objectives, working closely to design customized solutions that align with their financial and business goals.
- Regularly maintain and update all demonstration environments.
- Articulate technical concepts to potential clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
Extensive knowledge of Canadian payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Canadian-specific benefits, deductions, and statutory holidays.
- Expertise in configuring and testing payroll software tailored to the Canadian market.
- Understanding of provincial and federal payroll requirements.
- Effective communication skills in both English and French (an asset).
- Awareness of regional payroll practices across various Canadian provinces.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong technological understanding and capability to collaborate with technical teams.
- Solid grasp of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to confidently present product and solution information to non-technical audiences.
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet deliverable timelines.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in Payroll/HCM consulting, solutions, or implementation roles.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales is preferred but not mandatory.
