Job Title: Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant to join our team at capSpire, Inc. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to identify their technical requirements and developing solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement information systems business solutions to meet client needs
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure successful implementation of solutions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project implementation, or quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as information technology infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients and team members
