Key Responsibilities- Pre-Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations, ensuring they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
- Supply Management: Order dental and office supplies, maintaining a well-stocked inventory to ensure seamless operations.
- Instrument Preparation: Prepare dental instruments and filling materials, adhering to strict sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety.
- Administrative Support: Perform reception and clerical duties, including recording dental procedures and invoicing patients for services rendered.
- Instrument Maintenance: Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Patient Education: Educate patients concerning oral hygiene, empowering them to take control of their dental health.
- X-ray Services: Take and develop X-rays, providing critical diagnostic information to our dentists.
- Record-Keeping: Record dental procedures performed on patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Financial Transactions: Invoice patients for dental services, ensuring timely and accurate billing.Requirements
- Registration: Registration with provincial or territorial authorities is required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
- Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic setting.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with a bilingual work environment.
