Job Summary:
CB Canada is seeking a reliable and experienced Class 3 Air Brake Driver to join our team in Winnipeg. As a Class 3 Air Brake Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products safely and professionally to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products safely and professionally: Ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Load and deliver propane or fuel: Load and deliver propane or fuel to our clients, while following all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Electronic and daily trip logs: Maintain up-to-date electronic and daily trip logs, and submit them daily to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- TDG, WHIMIS, and company training: Maintain a current understanding of TDG, WHIMIS, and company required training, and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Teamwork and goal achievement: Work collaboratively with the Operations team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Class 3 Air Brake License: Possess a valid Class 3 Air Brake License with an abstract acceptable to the employer.
- Commercial Driving Experience: Have at least 2 years of commercial driving experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand and adhere to federal and provincial regulations, including log book recording and regulatory compliance.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Have the ability to prepare concise and accurate records and reports.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Recognize vehicle maintenance needs and perform basic vehicle repairs.
