Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to building and equipment to prevent failures and malfunctions
  • Analyze and troubleshoot repair and maintenance requests, including repairing dry wall, machines, equipment, and building surfaces
  • Handle emergency maintenance and repairs, and install appliances and equipment as needed
  • Check functionality of safety systems, such as fire alarms, and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean, and good working conditions
  • Work with the Inventory Analyst to stock adequate maintenance materials and equipment to avoid shortages and excesses
  • Maintain complete records of daily maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with workers and other professionals to ensure seamless operations
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations, and be aware of rules and regulations governing building maintenance, fire, and utilities
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing routine maintenance of buildings and equipment
  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
  • Good command of the English language, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good with technology, strong attention to detail, and good knowledge of building maintenance, HVAC systems, small equipment repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Skilled use of hand and electrical tools, and experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
  • Professional presentation and attitude, and valid driver's license
