Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the daily operations of our procurement department to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Review Purchase Order Claims and Contracts

The Purchasing Manager will review purchase order claims and contracts to ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.

Develop and Implement Procurement Policies

Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage Contracts

The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for managing contracts with suppliers, including negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with company policy.

Review and Process Claims Against Suppliers

Review and process claims against suppliers to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.

Oversee Data Analysis and Reporting

The Purchasing Manager will oversee the analysis of data and information to inform procurement decisions and provide insights to senior management.

Advise Senior Management

Organize and Maintain Inventory

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Work Environment

The Purchasing Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in a relevant field such as business, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
