Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our team in Abbotsford. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client contacts, including telephone and email interactions
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management
  • Assist in the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure timely settlement and delivery
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure completion
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide world-class client service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Wealth management experience

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $37,500 - $45,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. You also have the potential to earn considerably more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program.
