Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Quality Control Supervisor for a permanent full-time role. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs and will be responsible for overseeing the quality control laboratory's operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and train laboratory staff while ensuring their professional development.
- Plan and oversee the analysis of various samples (finished products, raw materials, packaging components, etc.) to adhere to deadlines.
- Ensure that specifications for raw and packaging materials, bulk products, and finished goods are accurately defined in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Investigate and report any out-of-specification results and quality non-conformities within set timelines, collaborating with experts from various departments.
- Maintain and ensure that all equipment and instruments are properly calibrated and qualified.
- Coordinate the review and update of laboratory procedures.
- Oversee the validation and development of analytical methods.
- Enhance analytical methods to improve laboratory efficiency.
- Manage the stability testing program.
- Support production departments by providing quality control decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert for internal inquiries, audits, or regulatory inspections.
- Develop and maintain quality control performance indicators.
- Possess a university degree in a scientific field, preferably chemistry, with 3 to 5 years of personnel management experience.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and technical knowledge of pharmaceutical analysis and quality control concepts.
- Familiarity with microbiology is a plus.
- Exhibit strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
