Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.
- Work in a fast-paced group fitness setting, multitasking to ensure that all class participants have a positive experience.
- Help members set and achieve their fitness goals, providing guidance and support throughout their fitness journey.
- Collaborate with the sales team to guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout, showcasing the benefits and effectiveness of our program.
- Ensure members are using proper form and technique, offering corrections and adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the science behind our workouts, including heart-rate focused training programs and industry trends.
- Be knowledgeable about our equipment and technology, demonstrating proper usage and providing guidance to members.
- Be a team player, working collaboratively with other Fitness Coaches and staff to achieve our studio's goals.
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- 8-12+ hours per week of coaching
