About the Role

Fiona Anderson is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and laundry
  • Provide companionship and social support to our clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as dressing and toileting
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a care-giving role an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
