Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Calgary. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing working drawings, documentation, and coordinating with external consultants to produce high-quality documents for construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare working drawings on various projects using Revit
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including design development, building permits, and tender packages
  • Coordinate architectural and engineering disciplines with external consultants to ensure well-coordinated documents
  • Review and comment on Contract Documents and shop drawing submittals
  • Site Review and Meeting coordination
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in an architectural firm
  • Diploma in Architectural Technology
  • Proficient user of Revit and Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge and experience in construction administration
  • Experience working with mid-rise (wood frame) and high-rise projects
  • Strong ability to meet tight project deadlines
