Key Responsibilities
  • Light Housekeeping and Cleaning Duties: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
  • Companionship: Provide companionship and social interaction to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Certificate and License Requirements: Ensure that all necessary certificates and licenses are up to date, including a Certificate of Conduct and First Aid Certificate.
  • Work Site Environment: Work in a non-smoking environment and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Work Setting: Work in the client's home, providing care and support in a familiar and comfortable environment.
  • Tasks: Perform a variety of tasks, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and companionship, to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that all necessary security and safety measures are in place, including a criminal record check and reference checks.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
