Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Officer to join our team at 8344795 CANADA INC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Operations: Manage and maintain our financial systems, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Perform financial transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets.
  • Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel, and MS Access.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, team player, and time management.
