As a vital member of the Personal and Small Medium Enterprise Banking Services division, you will operate in a vibrant banking environment where your efforts will significantly enhance our clients' financial journeys. In the role of Client Financial Advisor, you will cultivate essential client relationships, comprehend their financial and personal objectives, deliver tailored and informed service, and propose products and solutions to secure their financial well-being. Flexibility to work during banking hours, including evenings and weekends, and the willingness to serve at various banking locations within a reasonable range is essential to provide an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction - Engage with clients to identify their personal and business priorities, offer advice on potential solutions, and develop a comprehensive financial strategy. Utilize your expertise in cash management, credit, investments, and asset protection to assist clients in reaching their goals.
- Network Development - Participate in marketing and networking initiatives to showcase your commitment to clients and the community. Broaden your professional network, strengthen existing connections, and collaborate with colleagues to link clients with appropriate resources and opportunities.
- Technology Expertise - Become proficient in technology. Share your insights by demonstrating our mobile banking tools to assist clients in managing their banking needs more effectively.
